Civil Process
The Greene County Sheriff's Department is proud to offer civil processing for your convenience. This service is overseen by the Sheriff's Administrative Assistant and served by Deputies. All services that come through our office comes with a $50 service fee that can be paid by either money order or certified check made out to the Greene County Sheriff's Office. Cash is only accepted in person along with the documents needing served.
A large number of service request come through the Sheriff's Office. Please help us ensure quick and successful service by ensuring that all documents include a good address and phone number for the person to be served.
All service request are processed, entered into our system and distributed to Deputy Calhoun for service the day they are received. Papers processed through our office include:
- Ex-Parte-Protection Orders
- Writs
- Summons
- Juvenile
- Subpoenas
- Child Support
- Divorce
- Small Claims
- Eviction Notices
